Primärmanifestation eines hochmalignen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoms um die Samenblase

Zusammenfassung

Vorgestellt wird der seltene Fall der Primärmanifestation eines hochmalignen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoms im Spatium rectovesikale mit lokal begrenztem Wachstum um die rechte Samenblase. Der Tumor imponierte präoperativ wie ein Samenblasenkarzinom und stellte sich histologisch als pleomorphes mittelgroßzelliges und großzelliges T-Zell-Lymphom heraus. Er konnte in toto exzidiert werden, ein Anhalt auf eine zusätzliche Manifestation des Lymphoms ergab sich nicht. Ein sogenannter Blumer-Tumor, in Form eines extranodalen perivesikulären Lymphoms, ist unseres Wissens in der Literatur bisher nicht beschrieben.

Abstract

The uncommon case of primary manifestation of a high-grade Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in the rectovesical space with localized growth around the right seminal vesicle is reported. Clinically the tumor showed all attributes of a seminal vesicle carcinoma. Histologically a pleomorpheous, medium and large-cell T-cell lymphoma was found. The tumor could be removed completely and there was no evidence of further lymphoma manifestation. To our knowledge this type of extranodal perivesicular malignant lymphoma or so-called Blumer's shelf tumor has not been reported in the literature.
